Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
• With 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in micro-finance/SME lending
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in development financing
• Has understanding of loan guaranty mechanisms
• With excellent analytical and report writing skills
• Must be an IT-literate
